Description
The Administrative Assistant will support the Company?s reception activities and Human Resources administrative-related tasks. Will also provide support for the Company?s Chief Technical Officer as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):
Responsible for all aspects of the Company?s reception duties including greeting guests and guest sign-in
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, confidential data entry, filing and scanning
Assist with Payroll-related tasks such as non-exempt employee time tracking, ensuring appropriate approvals on a timely basis. Will also assist Payroll with related audits and tasks as requested
Assist with Recruiting related activities such as candidate scheduling and tracking
Work on confidential and time sensitive projects as required
Qualifications:
High School diploma is required, BS/BA is preferred
Must have at least 5 years experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment. Preference for previous HR or Payroll-related experience
Must work with information including salary, employee personal information and other related data carefully, confidentially and appropriately
Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Previous experience with database applications, including report generation, is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized, detail oriented; strong oral and written communication skills; effective problem solver with creative solutions.
Highly motivated and dedicated individual. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Strong multi-task skills required.
