The DepartmentHuman Resources â€" Our Human Resources team has the privilege of hiring and supporting some of the brightest minds in engineering and technology. Our goals are to deliver excellence in talent acquisition and development, people services and effective strategic partnership with the business from a human capital perspective.
The JobResponsibilities- Will be supporting both the VP of Commercial Sales and Business Development, Sr. Director of Product and Mission Management and Director of Marketing.
- Must manage and maintain executives' calendars, including travel arrangements, meetings, interviews etc.
- Create a variety of reports and presentations using Excel and Powerpoint
- Must have an eye for detail and be extremely organized.
- Will be managing a high volume of confidential paperwork and files.
- Strong communication skills, will sometimes be presenting to board of directors and to other high level executive positions.
Requirements- AA required or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting an executive level manager
- Expert level experience with scheduling and calendaring in Outlook, creating spreadsheets in Excel and creating powerpoint presentations is required.
Preferred skills- Bachelor Degree is preferred
- Experience supporting 2 or more executive level managers is preferred
