The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will be a self-starting individual who brings the ability to ?make things happen?. This person must have the ability to provide administrative support in varying capacities, prepare reports utilizing Word, Excel and Power Point, and take on special projects when needed. This candidate must be a proactive thinker and comfortable communicating with the executive team. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and be able to work quickly and multi-task.

Responsibilities:
Support management regarding internal and external meetings, booking travel, maintaining schedules, mailings, and various ad hoc projects
Answer phones, greet visitors, and facilitate client meetings as needed
Organize, manage, or assist in the planning of industry and company events
Work with HR to coordinate candidate interviews
Assist building manager and maintenance with ad hoc requests, such as Fire Safety and general office policies.
Order all office supplies and snacks; maintain accurate records of amount spent for budgeting purposes
Maintain receipts for company events, supplies purchased, and team lunches
Order and coordinate meals for client and internal meetings
Maintain and update company phone lists and buddy list
Work closely with security company to register new hires and remove former employees from the system
Maintain general cleanliness and appearance of the office and conference rooms
Organize, manage or assist in planning of industry and company events.
Requirements:
BS in Business Administration
Self-starting attitude and demonstrated ability to get things done / leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
