Position Description
Provides administrative support to PM MO Head & PM Team. Duties include general clerical and project based work.
Responsibilities:
Business administrative support to PM department
Support PM MO Head to manage the NESC APM department. Act as the major communication window between the U.S. and NESC APM department
Assist in major PM meetings and consistently follow up all action items
May review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management as needed

Qualifications:
High School or related
2+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant and/or receptionist
Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse group of employees and programs
Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of management and external clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Abilities Required
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational planning with the ability to deal with multiple issues and details at once
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of business and those with supervisory responsibilities
Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role
