Description:
KIT digital is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Project Administrator based in Atlanta, GA to support employees and management in our Atlanta and Orlando locations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Performs multiple administrative duties to ensure efficient and effective operations, with an eye toward the highest level of confidentiality inside and outside KIT Digital, including but not limited to the following:
Organizes and leverages time effectively, scheduling internal and external meetings/conference calls/special events, travel arrangements, and maintaining complex calendars as needed.
Provides administrative support to KIT digital management, as needed.
Records actions on sensitive issues and releases information to authorized parties.
Prepares and submits expense reports and purchase orders, processes invoices, and maintains budgeting and administrative records, as needed.
Creates and maintains document maintenance systems, including: paper and electronic document files.
Works with management to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency
Maintains current understanding of accounts payable, applying this understanding to responsibilities.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within a prescribed timeframe.
Works with project managers and project team to draft time and expense reporting for all projects
Conducts research, gathers information, tracks data and prepares reports on various ongoing projects.
Implements or recommends course of action for resolving any challenges
Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced level of competency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and e-mail to perform word processing, spreadsheet database tracking data, and conduct Internet searches.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Ability to prioritize activities and be flexible to adjust to a variety of situations.
Ability to effectively coordinate with various departments and levels of staff.
Possesses excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with general accounting principles workig directly with AP on reconcilliation
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university
