THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Tripwire is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for our offices in Alpharetta Georgia!
This position will work under minimal supervision, supporting Directors and managing office/receptionist needs.
This position requires a flexible individual capable of facilitating and maintaining the following responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities include:
Greet and Check in Visitors on a daily basis
the Front Desk in Tripwire?s Alpharetta Office)
Operate multi-line telephone and fax system.
Perform related clerical work such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Email and Calendaring.
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate and schedule complex internal and external meetings.
Maintain both physical and electronic files.
Internal and external event coordination.
Domestic and international travel arrangements for director level employees.
Order and maintain office supplies including coffee and beverage service.
Coordinating kitchen, facility and building maintenance with outside vendors and employees.
Distribute and prepare inbound and outbound mail/packages.
Complete special projects, as directed, to support management team.
Previous Receptionist and Administrative experience in a professional environment.
Experience in Technology/ Software industry preferred.
Basic accounting skills (expense reporting).
Knowledge and exemplary customer service skills and practices.
Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of AV needs for meetings (WebEx, Projectors, etc.)
University degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
2-5 years of Administrative/Receptionist experience
