About the Job:
Twilio is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role requires superior organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to juggle multiple high priority requests, while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with a broad range of matters is important(remove). This position will report to Executive Assistant to CEO. Initially providing support to Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Complete a variety of everyday tasks under the direction of our CRO/CPO/CMO, including but not limited to managing complex and busy calendars, scheduling events, booking travel, and being a general deputy of time. Your unattainable goal is "inbox zero"
Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events (onsite & offsite).
Full-service visitor management, including anticipating all needs and last minute scheduling changes.
Track, drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Work closely with members of our management team & executive assistant to lead and project manage company wide projects (i.e. quarterly and annual planning processes).
Cover for facilities coordinator when needed.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepares detailed itineraries and briefing materials if needed.
Prepare timely and accurate weekly expense reports.
Handle special projects as required or requested.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Passion and energy level to support pace of executive and the business
3-5 years experience directly supporting multiple VP's or above.
High attention to detail and consistent follow up
Strong verbal, written, customer service and excellent organizational skills a must.
Macintosh proficiency preferred, including excellent Keynote, Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Experience scheduling in Google Calendar and Google Apps preferred.
Ability to learn new systems.
Must demonstrate integrity while handling confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a startup environment.
