Netformx, Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, proactive, and meticulous Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Team. This position requires candidates to be responsible for all office duties. A successful candidate will be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a flexible, ethical, and confidential manner and be proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take direction. You must have a ?can-do? attitude and a professional demeanor to succeed in this fast paced environment. Experience within software start-up environment is considered a plus.
The principle responsibilities will be:
Manage executive calendars in a proactive manner ? identifying potential conflicts or recommending changes to accommodate higher priority meetings
Assist executives with travel arrangements including researching flight options, hotels and ground transportation following company policies
Assist executives with preparation of expense reports
Assist Human Resources with tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, new hire on-boarding, creating new hire files, etc.
Assist Marketing with gathering and shipping materials to trade shows
Handle general clerical and administrative duties and assist with office support functions
Complete special projects as assigned
Minimum of 3 ? 5 years administrative assistant experience
Must be comfortable arranging corporate domestic and international travel
Superior grasp of the Microsoft Office suite
A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a top-performing team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask
Must be organized and detail oriented

Weekly Schedule: Mon-Friday (20-30 hours per week)
This position is not open for relocation.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
