We are looking for an Admin Assistant/Superhero to be the heartbeat of operations in our office, acting as our go-to person for all office/administrative tasks. Previous experience in a start-up is a huge plus. Your primary mission as our Admin Assistant will be to ensure that the office runs smoothly from day to day and that employees have what they need to work efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:
?manage incoming calls and visitors
?maintain common office areas
?manage and order office supplies
?coordinate office activities (birthdays, potlucks, happy hours and other events)
?coordinate meetings
?back up assistance to executives and candidates with calendar & travel management
?support accounting department with AP/AR data entry, vendor relationship management, and ad hoc projects
?recognize areas of improvement in office processes; developing and executing
REQUIREMENTS:
?4 year College Degree Preferred
?Minimum 2-3 years of experience (preferably in a start-up environment)
?Experience in office management, maintaining common office areas, managing calendars and coordinating travel
?Excellent leadership and professional presence. Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
?Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize workload is a must
?Quick on his/her feet, thriving in change and catching and resolving problems before they surface
?Able to develop and execute general office processes
?Fun, creative with passion for team building events, and contributing to fun office culture
?Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
?Can work with minimal direction and is highly motivated to succeed
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
