Job Responsibilities
This position reports to the Vice President, Home/AV & Automotive. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to the VP as well as department personnel to ensure coordination and execution of various business objectives are completed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
?Compose business correspondence, executive reports, internal and external presentations, and similar related
?Provide general administrative support to the department (external and internal meeting coordination, travel planning, meeting minutes, and related)
?Office coordination among offices worldwide
?Liase with HR/Facilities as needed
?Manage and maintain document retention in accordance with corporate policy
?Plan and coordinate multiple projects, working with various resources to gather and disseminate important and confidential information
?Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
?5+ or more years of professional experience in a similar role
?Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a marketing function is desired, but not required
?Successful track record working with C-level executives and external customers in a similar industrial space (software, digital media, other)
?Professional written presentation skills required
?Professional background working with Oracle products or similar for data and document management
?In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proof and edit
?Strong teamwork and project-related skills
?Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with little supervision
