Perform responsibilities under general and direct supervision of Chief Clinical Officer
Responsible for transitional training of front desk staff within new and existing clinics.
----- Previous training experience required----
Work as part of the transitional operations team.
Participate in employee orientation for new clinics.
Assist in setup of equipment and systems in new clinics.
Coordinate and participate in ?go live? preparation, including re-verification of existing patients, registration into Rehabilitation Tool Kit and preparation of Front Desk Policy and Procedure Manuals.
Participate in daily team meetings during transitions.
Train front desk staff in policies, procedures, and computer programs
Assess training progress and report to Chief Clinical Officer
Assist/support employees in front desk responsibilities and patient care during transition period
Cover front desk on an as-needed basis.
Monitor struggling clinics and formulate a plan of action.
Prepare uncollected copay reports on a monthly basis.
Add/remove insurance providers in computer system.
Communicate front desk procedural changes to front desk staff.
Update and post necessary front desk forms on intranet.
Process facility payroll on an as-needed basis.
Set up new front desk staff with Synergy and enter into Rehabilitation Tool Kit and Therapy Source.
Act as point person with Synergy for system-wide computer issues.
Pre-screen interviews for potential front desk staff.
Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel extensively
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Rehabilitation Tool Kit and Therapy Source
Proof of USA employment eligibility Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal
