Meraki is a fast-paced, high growth technology company that relies on innovative marketing campaigns to reach new customers. Meraki is seeking an energetic and organized administrative and operations coordinator/assistant to help Meraki accelerate and scale marketing programs. Responsibilities in this role include:
Responsibilities
Scheduling live and online events
Entering activities into Meraki's marketing and sales automation systems
Administering promotional campaigns, giveaways, etc.
Entering data captured during events into CRM systems
Assisting marketing managers with campaign execution and event planning
Managing purchasing, invoices, and other processes for the marketing team
Requirements
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
Salesorce.com experience not required, but is a plus
Bachelors degree
