Supports the Division President and provides general support to the EM sales group.
Reports to: Division President
Supervises: Administrative Assistant(s)- Sales, EM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
? Manages all administrative tasks for Division President - calendar, meetings, etc.
? Schedules and coordinates travel arrangements, training and related meetings
? Helps compile and submit RFP?s for the sales team
? Coordinates on-site client visits
? Maintains and updates current clients email & direct mail efforts
? Compiles training and materials for Sales Team resources
? General SalesForce updates
? Maintaining and updating marketing materials
? Coordinate regional/national advisory board meetings
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications, Skills and Work Experience
? Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education/work experience of 3-5 years)
? Minimum 1-2 years? experience in a related field
? Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Excellent verbal and written skills-Ability to interact with tact and discretion with team, officials, employees, and the general public.
? Infrequent, light physical effort required
? Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate
? Ability to multi-task. Ability to plan, organizes, and prioritizes work; proofread documents; use a computer and related software, transcribing equipment, and other standard office equipment.
