Administrative Sales Coordinator NVST
Use your extraordinary organization and communication skills to professionally and enthusiastically support our lively and driven sales team. Be the all-important hub of the sales department. Provide administrative support to sales staff: word processing, faxing, copying, assisting with bids and quotes. Manage communication within the sales department. Act as liaison with other departments. Maintain contact management systems. Manage conference calendar. Assist in travel planning. Manage/prepare various sales reports.

Extremely detail oriented with the ability to keep focused on the goals of the department.
Multi-tasking ability.
Exceptional service orientation toward customer and sales staff.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Friendly, articulate communication style
Administrative proficiency.
Ability to be on the job virtually every day (few unscheduled absences).
Two-year college degree preferred.
Some administrative office experience required.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet, Email required.
Experience with Act preferred.
Experience with Power Point and Access a plus.
