What We?re Looking For:We're currently looking for Admissions Counselors to recruit for Semester Online, the first-of-its-kind program to offer rigorous, online, for-credit undergraduate courses through a consortium of top-tier colleges and universities. Recruiting students for our program requires a consultative, customer focused approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on and a passion for changing lives through high quality higher education.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Conducting a high quantity of prospect contacts to promote Semester Online program to prospective undergraduate students and support them through the admissions process.
Answering prospective student inquiries concerning admissions requirements and process, class availability and registration process.
E-mailing, texting, and utilizing social media inclusive of Facebook & Twitter as well as other correspondence to contact prospective students to follow up with their intent to complete an application and register for courses.
Conducting follow-up activity with prospective students to ensure they submit required documents and complete the registration process.
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
Bachelor?s degree required
Minimum of 1-2 years inside sales experience, educational recruitment, admissions or consultative sales; experience working with undergraduates a strong plus
