Job Description:
PaySimple?s Partner Channel Growth team is building a world-class account management organization to support our growing relationship with ADP. The ADP AM will drive penetration into the ADP customer base by delivering outstanding sales training to ADP?s field and inside sales organizations. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating sales role which will be compensated with a commission / bonus plan based on achieving objectives. Performance will be measured by newly boarded ADP merchants. We prefer to locate this position on either the east or west coast and will also consider other regional locations for the right person.

Responsibilities:
Act as local, hands-on driver of new initiatives and program implementation for ADP?s field and inside sales organizations.
Utilize a deep understanding of PaySimple?s core product to communicate product features & benefits, sales approaches, and closing techniques to ADP?s field and inside sales teams.
Spend 50% + of time on the road presenting live training to ADP regional offices, including attending team meetings, supporting CPA Centrics, participating in ?ride-alongs?, and providing demos to key merchants.
Regularly travel to Pittsburgh to train and support ADP?s Inside Sales team.
Provide creative input on potential new ADP programs to ensure that all possible avenues for growth are understood and leveraged for maximum benefit of ADP and PaySimple.
Build deep relationships with the sales management teams within ADP, with a goal toward obtaining participation at sales training events such quarterly and annual meetings, regional sales events and office-by-office meetings.
Work with internal teams to utilize our sales training material including classroom training, webinars, and online learning sessions; provide input on new material where required.
Create and implement incentive programs appropriate for multiple levels within sales organizations to drive product presentations that close business.
Serve as communication conduit to PaySimple on any issues or challenges within the ADP organization.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with ADP required, preferably within ADP?s Small Business Services unit.
5+ years of sales experience required, Partner Channel or Reseller training preferred.
Experience in sales training a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
Experience in payments processing, financial services, Software as a Service, or a similar recurring revenue service, specifically with a small business focus, desired.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential.
Intellectual agility to quickly and creatively respond to ADP requests.
Understanding of the demands of a private, growth-oriented company.
Self-confidence matched with a willingness to collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues, partners and sales teams.
