These are Part Time positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities to include: Sales Support: build and maintain ongoing customer relations, assist sales with initial set-up of an account to maintenance of account by providing education and support on CVMH program and Singulex tests to clinicians and their staff.
Assist in promotional efforts, including lunches, dinners, and lectures.
Maintain excellent customer service QA through evaluating, communicating, and correction of field issues. Maintain record on all accounts.
Provide input on all phases of the CVMedHome program and website.
Work as an integral team member in the development of the CVMH program.
Tasks may include: Write educational and marketing documents for the CVMH program, DCO process for all documents, work with other team members in the development, implementation, evaluation, marketing, and sales of the CVMH program.
Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
The following qualifications are required and must be met in order to be considered for this position:
Minimum 5+ years as a clinical educator, nurse, PA, NP or similar position.
Experience in cardiovascular disease and a familiarity with all phases of cardiovascular wellness.
In-depth knowledge of Advanced lipid tests.
Good organization and business assessment skills. Ability to profile the needs and preferences of prospective clients, and communicate to sales team.
Demonstrated training and presentation skills, and provide ongoing education and support to the providers and potential clients.
Experience with the business side of clinical medicine.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Aptitude and interest to stay current on advances in Singulex product development and trends in the healthcare industry for the prevention of CVD.
Must be experienced in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
BA / BS Degree in Nursing in related field.

Successful track record developing and implementing physician and patient education and communication programs.
Experience participating in, developing and implementing physician directed presentations.
Demonstrated skills in physician interactions.

Technical knowledge of biomarkers and various cardiovascular laboratory tests.
Flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities.
Ability to solve practical problems in standardized and non-standardized situations.
Ability to navigate the complex relationships that may exist between and among patients, physicians, and the company.
Ability to assimilate technology and integrate it implications with clinical medicine.
Ability to understand and comply with all legal and regulatory provisions that impact the conduct of this function.
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Ability to travel frequently, often without much notice.
