Advanced Imaging Specialist Optovue
Performs sales training, and ensures sales force training/education program(s) are designed and delivered to meet company objectives.
Additional responsibility for educating distributors and third parties.
Participates in selling process of key strategic selling opportunities, particularly in potential multiunit and key opinion leader opportunities.
Assists Marketing in the formulation of sales tools related to the clinical functionality of products including demonstration software, videos, and written materials.
Acquires, maintains and disseminates to the sales force selling tips that differentiate the product and help the sales reps succeed in selling situations.
Supports the Key Opinion Leader program. Establishes a plan that includes a balanced representation of the market segments. Forms and maintains business relationships that can be leveraged for references, speaking engagements, and proof statements.
Provides product feedback to Marketing that could improve the way the product is designed and/or communicated.
Special projects such as the OD school initiative, and support of key installed accounts as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
BS Degree in a business or scientific discipline (minimum).
3-5 years of directly relatable industry experience; ophthalmic industry preferred.
Selling and customer service experience desired
