Summary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking an Advanced Planning Business Analyst at our corporate offices located in High Point, NC.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Lead the design, implementation and support of Supply Chain Planning solutions for New Breed clients. Perform project and change management. Develop, foster and maintain ongoing client relationships with internal and external clients. Define project plans and specifications for new deployments and solution enhancements. Perform integrated quality assurance testing and configuration of systems.
SPECIAL SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
5 years experience with Supply Chain Planning applications, with specific focus on Demand Forecasting, Distribution/Replenishment Planning and/or Material Requirements Planning.
Demonstrated experience implementing planning application technologies, including statistical forecasting and time-phased inventory planning. Preference for experience with Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP) applications, especially Demantra and/or ASCP.
Demonstrated process expertise with business planning cycles: S&OP, Demand Forecasting, Supply Requirements and Inventory Optimization. Excellence in leadership and facilitation of best practices in planning.
Implementation and support experience with web-based applications. Working knowledge of warehouse management and order management systems. Proficient with SQL-based queries of Oracle databases.
Knowledge of formal project management and system development methodologies.
Excellent planning, client support, communication and organization skills.
BS/BA degree required. Masters degree preferred.
