| Description: | The Active Network seeks a detail-oriented and technically savvy UI Developer to join our growing Software Development team in North Utah County. Come explore cool technologies with a group of smart people in a casual and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities: Work with product development in producing quality web-based software. Help to establish and implement code standards across multiple applications. Work with project development to brand web applications to match client or event identity. Have ownership of deliverables and produce quality work. Requirements: Expert knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS (no WYSIWYG). Proficient in Flash and Action Scripting. Very detail oriented, good technical knowledge and a strong eye for design. Object Oriented Development experience (JSP, J2EE). Applications: Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator, Coda or TextMate editor. Helpful: Experience with Struts 2 and SiteMesh. Schematic/Prototype design skills. Proficiency in Flash and Action Scripting. Strong general design skills. College degree will be preferred. Please provide samples of work.
