Job Overview:
Our team needs a new rock star! We are seeking a client service rock star to join our dynamic advertising team at one of the most exciting travel companies in the world! This position is a blend of customer service, ad trafficking, ongoing campaign management and sales support. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with our Ad Engineer to implement online ad campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that arise. He/she is also expected to deliver stellar customer service for all assigned clients in every area. You will be a key contributor in the Advertising team, implementing online ad campaigns, managing ongoing monitoring of revenue delivery and performance, communicating with clients regularly about results and optimization recommendations, and providing analysis to support Management and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and identify needs that our ad offerings can address, with the ultimate goal of becoming an integrated partner in the client?s forward looking advertising strategy. Additionally, you will be supporting sales in the field by responding to RFP?s and putting together compelling presentation materials to deliver to prospects. This role is the primary point of contact with our key advertising partners once a contract has been signed off and all the way through to billing.
Responsibilities:
Work with Advertising Engineer (AE) to schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner, using an ad serving platform within technical specifications
Work collaboratively with AE to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimization and 100% delivery of campaigns
Modify Flash files, HTML, and 3rd party tags to ensure ad server compatibility; test and verify tags.
Own and manage special projects related to the ongoing maintenance of a continually changing advertising climate.
Assist AE as needed with scheduling and troubleshooting campaigns that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
Process creative changes and Change Orders.
Address day-to-day questions from Sales, Technology, Account Managers, Ad Product and other internal teams.

Position Requirements
Education, Experience & Training required:
2+ years Client service experience, preferably in online advertising industry
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce or SugarCRM)
Understanding of the online advertising industry, ad serving technologies, campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA) and optimization strategies
Ability to work independently
Hands on experience with ad tags, including an understanding of Ad Serving Solutions and order management systems (DFP, OAS, Atlas AdManager, Helios, Operative, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and various rich media advertising creative technologies
Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, standard display, text links, pixel tracking and re-directs
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically while managing the day-to-day execution of the ad trafficking process
Must demonstrate stellar customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts; flexible, patient, courteous, professional
Attention to detail, thorough, accountability, excellent follow-through
Excellent written and phone communication skills.
