Healthline Networks seeks an energetic Advertising Operations Campaign Manager for the San Francisco Office. The successful candidate will bring 1-2 years experience in online advertising operations to a team which supports Advertising, Sales Operations, Creative Services and the growing roster of Healthline Media Network partners. In addition to experience in ad ops, the position requires knowledge in the technologies used to support online advertising operations, including ad serving, HTML, Flash, and third-party ad tags. Flexibility and a strong attention to detail are must-haves.
Responsibilies
Traffic online media campaigns through DFP ad server with flawless execution
QA and trouble-shoot ad rendering and delivery issues on both Healthline and across the Network
Create reports to monitor campaign delivery, communicating relevant metrics to Advertising Sales
Work collaboratively with Ad Sales to recommend campaign optimization, leveraging an understanding of advertiser and product performance
Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving systems
Accurately compile month-end delivery actuals for invoicing
Support Sales Operations by running inventory queries and updating ad calendars
Requirements
1-2 years experience in online ad trafficking a must
Experience with DoubleClick's DFP or other ad-serving applications; experience with Yieldex inventory management tool is a plus
Knowledge of 3rd party reporting and familiarity with third party ad server UIs
Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, standard display, text and re-directs
Experience with 3rd party rich media vendors such as Pointroll, Eyewonder, and Eyeblaster
Experience with Google AdSense and other 3rd party remnant ad providers
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills
Results-driven with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
HTML skills a plus
