Advertising Operations Coordinator TouchTunes Music Corporation
The Advertising Operations Coordinator will work closely with our clients, partners, Sales team, and Music team. While not required, the ideal candidate has previous experience in the digital advertising space with prior experience as a trafficker or similar ad operations role; is able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously & effectively balance/prioritize workload; executes & communicates in an efficient & professional manner. Must be a quick learner of proprietary tools & technologies, while providing outstanding customer service to key strategic partners
Assist in day to day tasks which include inventory management (US/CA), campaign pacing and optimization analysis, technical issue management/troubleshooting.
Assisting with post sale communication and project management both internally with the Sales team and externally with support teams/client services (serve as a backup in monitoring and managing outward communication).
Provide suggestions and direction in development decisions and campaign needs.
Additional support and guiding external campaign management team OAO throughout life cycle of campaigns.
Assisting Music Promotion team with reporting needs and analysis post campaign completion.
Pulling inventory reports and formatting in excel to assist in RFP process for Ad Sales team.
Attend internal meetings and phone conference calls on a daily or weekly basis as needed.
Work closely with Ad Operations Manager and SQA team to provide additional support as needed and be second in line of communication between the two.
Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Advertising/Marketing, Communications/Sales, Operations
1 or more years in a related field advertising/marketing/communications/client services/media/account management experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; strong excel and database skills a plus.
Experience and knowledge of various ad-serving technologies/platforms such as DFA/DFP, Atlas, 24/7 Xaxis a plus.
Excellent verbal and written skills; team player as well as effectively working with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks; strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; detail oriented; analytical; proactive; results driven; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
This person will report to and work closely with the Ad Ops manager in to gain knowledge quickly about internal workings of the operational/campaign process from start to finish.
