As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you?ll help execute major digital campaigns while also working to secure new and more interesting offers from the brands our customers love. It?s a dynamic role with varied responsibility so we expect no day to be like the last. You?ll learn about the organization in a holistic way through the work you?ll do. You?ll think strategically about how to get the best content in front of our customers, how to drive above target returns for our partners, and how to accelerate growth in our biggest initiatives.
Daily management of digital campaigns including trafficking, pacing and optimization, in conjunction with Account Managers;
Test all ad creative for compliance with LivingSocial specifications as well as functionality;
Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment;
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI;
Identify and develop new online advertiser relationships and optimize existing relationships by negotiating better commission rates, program terms and consumer offers
Critique and optimize affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis;
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor?s degree in business, advertising, liberal arts, or communications
2+ years experience in account, marketing or project management
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills.
Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment
Experience in online advertising, affiliate marketing, and/or B2C e-commerce preferred
Familiarity with Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) and/or comparable ad server technology
