Working under the direction of the AdOps Support Manager, the AdOps Support Associate is primarily responsible for reviewing the content of mobile ads for adherence to editorial guidelines, and for testing their functionality. Success in this position requires a self-initiative approach to solving problems and a keen eye for details.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Testing the technical functionality of mobile ads
Reviewing the content of mobile ads to assure compliance with Jumptap editorial guidelines and FTC regulations
Provide editorial information and assistance to advertising and publishing groups
Escalate technical issues as needed
Perform additional tasks as requested
Required Skills and Experience:
Enrollment in a Bachelor?s degree program or completion of a 2 year or 4 year degree program preferred.
Technical aptitude: Proficiency in MSOffice and some knowledge of HTML. Experience working with databases & mobile devices would be beneficial.
Preference for working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, start-up environment.
Flexibility to assist with remote coverage on nights and weekends.
Strong business acumen and professionalism
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
