Healthline Networks is seeking an Advertising Reporting Analyst. This position is part of the Media Operations team, focused on supporting the Ad Sales team with proactive reporting and optimization of ad campaigns and custom marketing programs. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the company from Advertising Sales to website user behavior. The ideal candidate is a driven, quantitatively-talented individual who is passionate about learning and finding insight in data, and craves new challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of business reports for internal and external clients, primarily in the areas of Ad Serving and Web Analytics (web site traffic analysis).
Day-to-day responsibilities ? Manage several Excel spreadsheets of the fiscal year?s advertising campaigns, showing monthly revenue, along with daily delivery files. Support the Ad Operations and Ad Inventory teams. Analyze daily delivery and investigate abnormalities. Present weekly reports for Finance. Provide proactive reports (daily and weekly) to Ad Sales team (sellers and account managers) which will often be shared with clients
Comprehensive quarterly campaign reporting ? Provide proactive quarterly ad campaign reporting for sharing with clients
Monthly custom marketing program reporting ? Assist in monthly billing and collecting actual delivery performance numbers to optimize campaigns
Ad hoc campaign reporting ? Provide ad hoc custom reporting and analysis to support Ad Sales needs (e.g., optimization opportunities, responding to agency requests, etc.)
The ideal candidate for Advertising Reporting Analyst will have the following qualifications:
0-2 years of work experience
Strong core of Excel skills including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and generating clear reports
Familiarity and experience doing reporting from Doubleclick (ideally DFP) and Web Analytics tools (not required, but a plus)
Experience in working with large/complex data sets. Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations that easily and clearly communicate your findings to both executive and executor-level audiences (internally and externally)
STRICT attention to detail
Must be enthusiastic and work well with others
