Advertising Sales Manager Buzzaar

We are hiring Sales Manager who is eager to assist us in establishing our company in the U.S. market.
This individual contributor will be responsible for assisting Sales Director in closing new deals with CPG clients, as well as manage existing accounts.
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following as additional roles and/or focus will be needed as the company and department continues to grow and evolve:
- Cold calling on the phone to target clients;
- Identify and close new sales opportunities;
- Plan, prepare, and execute high impact meetings with prospects and partners
- Identify and develop a strong understanding of core objectives and challenges
- Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of companies products and services
- Represent company at industry events and conferences
- achieve revenue goals as defined by management
- Execute in a fast-paced, team environment
- A record of selling success for 2-5 years working in advertising, marketing sales.
- Ideal candidate will have Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
- Knowing the sales process-how to handle objections, moving deals at a rapid pace to close, managing accounts and nurturing existing relationships
- Passionate about the value of WOM and social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) and conversant in latest industry trends and tools
- Ability to build long-term client relationships built on a deep understanding of the client's business and marketing goals
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising is ideal
