Advisory Services Consultant M-Factor

Consultants in Advisory Services work across multiple client projects solving strategic issues for customers such as Coca-Cola, Kelloggs and Wendys. Consultants help customers by leveraging M-Factors marketing analytical software platform.

The Consultant reports to the Director of Advisory Services, and is located at the M-Factor headquarters office in San Mateo, CA. with about 25 travel.

Responsibilities

Drive significant value for clients through engagement on issues such as marketing effectiveness, trade/marketing program optimization, and pricing strategy.
As an integral part of the M-Factor product implementation process, work with Implementation Managers (technical consultants) on initial solution design and specification, definition of deliverables, and evaluation of data inputs.
Help to develop the tools, methodologies, and best practices within a fast-growing company.
Collaborate in a dynamic environment with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to maximize customer value and produce world-class software.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or retail industries particularly marketing and/or marketing research.
Superior analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Domain expertise in consumer packaged goods marketing and/or marketing research is highly desirable.
Previous exposure to marketing analytics and mix models a plus.

MBA preferred.
