Pulse 360 is currently seeking an Affiliate Account Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for initiating, managing, optimizing and reporting on Affiliate Advertiser accounts on the Pulse 360 Sponsored Links Network and Display Network. Pulse 360 is a top 20 sponsored links advertising network and has a top tier display network. We specialize in Display and Direct Response advertising on over 10,000 websites and 400 digital publishers. The position will be based in our Buffalo office, and reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. S/he will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Account Executives in closing, operating and optimizing account performance, and managing the client relationship.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining/Growing account advertiser spend on our direct response and display networks.
Coordinating proposals for new products or campaigns with existing accounts
Loading new campaigns into Pulse 360 Direct Response and Display Networks . creatives, media, targeting, and pricing
Loading pixels to track impressions, clicks and conversions
Optimizing creative and landing page performance
Optimizing media by changing bids and/or blocking underperforming websites
Generating weekly reports for clients and Account Executives/Managers.
Generating weekly performance improvement plans for each account . new pricing, new media, new creative.s, landing pages, targeting, and new ad formats
Handling daily correspondence with accounts on new and existing campaigns
Organizing weekly calls with clients to discuss past performance and near term performance improvement plans
Firm understanding of Pulse 360 Direct Response and Display Network User Interfaces and Systems
Ideal candidate will possess:
BA/BS degree, specialization in Marketing or Communications preferred.
2 to 5 years of media or advertising experience. Internet media experience highly preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service and management
Understanding of statistics.
Solid Microsoft office skills, especially data analysis in excel
Understanding of communications theory and internet advertising. Ability to interface and oversee ad copy and creative formulation processes
Strong problem solving skills
Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
