Affiliate Manager SendMe Mobile

Summary
SendMe Mobile is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join the Marketing team. The AM will manage and scale SendMes Affiliate Programs, from handling daily projects to creating and implementing strategies to continue their growth. The ideal candidate would have experience in e-commerce, developing strong partner relationships to increase the performance and profitability, and demonstrated creativity, strategy and initiative in growing online marketing programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management

- Recruit & retain high performing affiliates
- Build & optimize relationships with affiliates
- Build tools to make the programs more robust
- Develop cutting edge affiliate strategies and programs
- Oversee budget and commission structure to maximize profitability
- Work with creative team to design new online creative
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure that they are following established guidelines
- Willingness to work on other areas of the marketing department as needed to help fuel company growth


Project Management

- Define requirements for new affiliate/partner launches
- Coordinate with project managers to execute against the affiliate/partner needs
- Set realistic timelines and ensure that deadlines and requirements are met or exceeded

Requirements

- BA or BS from a leading institution, degree in marketing field preferred but not required
- 3 + years experience in online & affiliate marketing
- Online customer acquisition marketing experience
- Website analytics and optimization experience
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a fast learner who takes initiative & is motivated to succeed
- Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize & pay attention to detail
- Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
- Must have superb interpersonal skills (written & verbal) and ability to develop strong relationships
- Must have exceptional internet knowledge & skills, with a good understanding of affiliate technology.
