Agency Business Analyst Analytics | San Francisco, CA, United States As part of the Account Management team, the Agency Business Analyst will report to the Director of Agency Relations, and work closely with Marin executives across product, account management, sales and client services. Responsibilities:
Scope, collect, analyze, evaluate and report on Marin Software user trends
Develop benchmark reports based on user trends
Data mine client records to identify opportunity for up-sell.
Track the opportunity via CRM systems like Salesforce.com for reporting and progress
Develop and maintain forecasting dashboards based on seasonality, growth, up-sell (ROI Analysis)
Develop, collect, analyze and report on customer satisfaction survey
Scope CRM needs and requirements for visibility and reporting across departments
Provide feedback to product management for new product features required to maximize revenue
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Math or other quantitative field
2-4 years progressive business analysis experience
Strong Excel, data analysis skills
Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM, SFA, etc.).

Compensation: This is an on-site, full time salaried position located in the financial district of San Francisco, (one block from Bart station). Compensation depends on prior experience.
