Summary of position:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leveraging your existing relationships within advertising agencies and direct advertisers to sell our multi platform solutions acros the Kontera network. You must be comfortable with selling over the phone as well as in high level face to face meetings, closing multiple accounts on a weekly basis, and working in a fast-paced small team environment. You must be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record in a competitive market and have a clear understanding of the online advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
? Sell in content, display and mobile advertising to advertising agencies and direct advertisers
? Exceed quarterly revenue targets
? Proactively identify new and bespoke revenue opportunities and deliver against them
? Communicate the value of Kontera to advertising agencies and advertisers
? Clear and accurate reporting
? Robust knowledge of your agency /client portfolio
? Execute in a fast-paced small team environment
Experience/Requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years dedicated online experience
? Network of ?current? contacts within UK Agency world - Client direct contacts would be a bonus
? Ability to demonstrate a track record of over achieving against revenue targets
? Ability to demonstrate a track record of creating and converting pro active pitches
? Ability demonstrate a track record of closing big ticket deals - 100k plus
? Track record of setting and achieving goals and quotas
? Proactive, driven, self-thinker who strives for results
? Sound (digital) technical knowhow is a bonus
? Positive, team player who thrives in a fun, team environment
