Agent Project Coordinator - Pre-Sale Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionProvides pre-sale support to the Agents including product fit and capabilities, pricing paperwork and service availability. Coordinates resources for pre-sales support including technical resources, training resources, sales resources and ICB pricing requests.
?Responds to pricing and product requests from the Agents within the agreed upon communications timeframes.
?Coordinates ICB pricing requests. Tracks turn-around times and reports on the results monthly.
?Responsible for qualifying available services for Agents including product availability, loop qualifications, service address validations and ?upselling? additional Integra products for each opportunity
?Tracks all pricing, product and paperwork requests Utilizing SFDC.
?Generates paperwork for Agents as needed.
?Places follow-up calls to the Agents to check status on quotes that were provided and proactively help drive sale to closure. Tracks information on lost business and the reasons why inSFDC.
?Maintain the ability to provide current information on services, equipment and systems by acquiring and updating knowledge of products, services, industry trends and regulations in all Integra servicing areas.
?Provides regular information to Agents about Integra, our products and services
?Point of contact for Pre-sales escalations.
?Manages relationship with Agents/sub-agents as assigned..
?Coordinates site survey requests and sales support requests with the the appropriate departments.
?Provide back-up support to the Channel Sales Managers.
?Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.
Extensive sales and customer service experience (4+ years) demonstrating the ability to effectively represent all of the companies products and services. Requires 2+ years experience working in the telecommunications industry. Requires a demonstrated understanding of billing, scheduling and database systems, as well as the ability to create proposals for all of Integra?s products and services. Computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing and database software and concepts. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience using Microsoft Office software products, specifically Excel. Understanding of business financials, including gross margin, return on investment and cost of goods sold. Experience using automated customer care and billing systems.
