THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Project Manager Job Purpose: Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities with an emphasis on Agile philosophy and practices. Opening is for a mid to senior-level Agile Project Manager to work on strategic projects. These include business critical and cutting-edge projects: strategic organizational change, mobile products, ad serving, web products for ad tech, and big data.
As a project manager, you will engage with our internal teams and vendors to execute on critical business and technology initiatives. You should bring solid experience in a project management capacity, excellent knowledge of Agile & scrum practices, and the ability to effect organizational change on a large scale. Additionally, adtech domain knowledge is desired but not required. Most importantly - you must bring a drive and desire to solve problems and create business value for our customers.
This position offers excellent opportunity to work directly with senior-level business stakeholders as well as to learn from and work with top-level teams inside Tremor Video.
Project Manager Job Duties:
? Accomplishes Agile Coaching objectives by training, coaching, counseling, and assisting employees in their Agile development practices; reviewing and assessing Agile practices with an eye on kaizen, or continuous improvement; enforcing policies and procedures.
? Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; reading between the lines to find risks or issues; completing audits; implementing change; reporting status in a clear and concise manner.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
? Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications: Agile Practices (specifically Scrum, Kanban is also desirable), Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Verbal Communication, PMP Certification is a plus.
