Airport Operations Support Analyst Zoom Systems
The Airport Operations Support analyst is a key individual contributor on the Field Services team reporting into the Call Center Manager. They will be responsible for:
Serving as main point of contact for communication to airport providers to ensure all Zoom policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as notifying providers of upcoming changes or projects at their location.
Reviewing, allocation, and preparing provider invoices for approval.
Using SLA reporting to improve and manage airport service provider performance.
Monitoring dispatches, validating ETA times, and following up to ensure completion.
Completing special projects as assigned.
As the position of Airport Operations Support Analyst requires a significant amount of interaction with third-party partners and cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills are a must. They have to be able to build strong relationships and create measurable results. The Operations support Analyst will need to be comfortable in a start-up environment, with a ?do what it takes to get it done? attitude, and the ability to shift gears gracefully as priorities and processes change.
Excellent oral & written communications skills.
Master of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Able to work off-hours shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Self starter and results oriented ? ability to manage to goals w/minimal supervising.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Thrives in an environment where change is standard and outside the box thinking is encouraged.
Minimum 5 years experience in a professional work environment.
4-year college degree preferred.
