Alliance Manager EnVivo Pharmaceuticals
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are seeking an Alliance Manager to support the collaboration between EnVivo and our partners. We are interested in candidates that can be part of building a Program and Alliance management function across the organization. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in one or more aspects of drug development. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing organization.
Work with legal, finance, and other functions to ensure contractual obligations are met by both parties
Work with the Program Executive to drive coordination and planning between the internal organization and our alliances.
Address operational alliance challenges
Proactively identify alliance risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Support the alliance team(s)
Engage alliance team members
Establish alliance goals
Manage alliance meetings and interactions
Coordinate alliance communications
ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of alliance assumptions and plans
frame important strategic and operational issues and contingencies
ensure timely decision-making
Create alliance updates and communications
Develop alliance management culture and systems tailored to a small and rapidly growing organization
Work with industry and academic partners to build and maintain productive alliances.
Fluent in English and Japanese
Degree related to pharmaceutical sciences, advanced degree preferred
3+ years alliance management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
5+ years overall experience in drug development in the biopharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of the drug development process
Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience across multiple stages of drug development
Outstanding project management, resource planning, and organizational skills
Highly collaborative team player who fosters open communication, facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation with all stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others from a position of influence, to negotiate conflict situations, and to forge consensus between differing viewpoints
Self-disciplined individual who is able to work independently and apply good judgment across a variety of issues.
