Our successful relationships with WW strategic partners have taken us to the next level, we're growing our Strategic Partner Management team and we're looking for a high energy and enthusiastic candidate to support our alliance partner sales efforts. Our alliance manager candidate will work closely with Actiance sales, product management and alliance team members throughout sales cycles. Helping alliance sales identify & qualify new Actiance opportunities within their customer base during social media, collaboration, ILG, and content management initiatives.
This new and exciting position will support the East Coast region and will require some travel. Primary responsibility is working closely with our Alliance Partner field sales by influencing Actiance governance and compliance technology revenue through field level relationships. Our ideal partner manager candidate will also have shared responsibilities in creating awareness and evangelizing Actiance's overall platform offerings to augment the partner offerings.
The candidate should have a demonstrable track record in developing revenue generating partner territory. The candidate must also be capable of creating and executing a business plan for their territory. He or she must possess a strong work ethic, an ability to grasp and articulate both technical and business benefits associated with governance and compliance for Social media, collaboration, Unified Communications, and eDiscovery solutions. A high level of energy, tenacious and integrity are essential for success, and an ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, demanding environment.
Requirements:
Location-Must live within the New York, New Jersey, or Boston region
Minimum of 3-5 years of Enterprise software sales experience
Prefer 3-5 years alliance partner management experience
Experience working with large technology partnerships, field sales & channel sales
Prefer background in Unified Communications, social media, archiving, eDiscovery
Proven and verifiable track record of consistent over quota achievement
Experience selling with local software VARS, integrators and tech partners
Successful history of selling into FinSvcs customers or other regulated industries
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
BA, BS or higher college degree preferred
