Partner Program Manager
Guidewire is growing our Alliances team to meet the demand for our new products and partnerships globally. We need a gifted, Partner Program Manager to help us design and implement new global partner programs based our global expansion needs. The role requires a deep understanding of partner program best practices, and involves ongoing competitive research and analysis. The Partner Program Manager will work closely with the regions to understand the current state, and develop, design, and review the partner program framework. The partner program manager will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in designing the partner program feature and benefit structure. The role includes driving the tools and enablement activities to ensure successful implementation of the programs. As a Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with Marketing for Partner Marketing opportunities. This position will also have direct responsibility for some of our emerging and regional partners with an eye towards further growth into a Global Alliance Management.
Some of the qualifications we seek at a minimum -
- 7+ years of relevant experience in partner program management, channel sales, or channel marketing at a software company designing Partner Programs for systems integrators, regional partners and other specialized services partners
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management
- Organized and detail oriented
- Adaptable and able to deliver within tight time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to simplify complex problems
- Knowledge of finance and operations concepts; ability to gain confidence of executive management
- Strong experience with Excel and Powerpoint
