Bullhorn?s Alliances team is seeking an experienced resource to create sustainable differentiation and drive revenue growth through the Bullhorn Marketplace by owning key sections of Bullhorn?s ISV ecosystem.
The Alliances Manager is responsible for managing existing relationships with key collaborators and ISV partners to drive incremental revenue through our various partners. In addition, the Alliances Manager will identify new strategic opportunities, build mutually beneficial partnerships, negotiate terms and launch relationships. This position also serves as focal point within the Alliance team for negotiating and managing the technical integration process while working with a multitude of internal and external constituents.
Drive partner adoption throughout the Bullhorn client base via sales enablement, training, customer interaction and marketing activities
Take responsibility for critical components of the organization's ISV ecosystem, including evaluating 3rd party tools in the market.
Help execute on the company's strategic, corporate planning and development process and the evaluation of outside opportunities for partnerships and alliances.
Prepare assessments and financial analyses for strategic partnership opportunities highlighting market position, business issues, and key success factors.
Provide due diligence material for the finance, marketing, and legal departments.
Execute and launch new strategic partnerships domestically and internationally.
Restructure existing ineffective relationships.
Coordinate participation and leverage cross-functional resources (marketing, sales, software development) in developing, launching and maintaining new business relationships.
Desired Background and Skill Requirements:
Ideal candidates have 4+ years working within the enterprise software industry developing channel/partner strategies, and cultivating channel/partner relationships into successful business ventures.
A strong understanding of the Software-as-a-Service industry (SaaS) is desired or experience working with staffing or recruiting software.
Must have a demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure new profitable partnerships.
Must have proven relationship building, account management, and program management success.
Must have the ability to work collaboratively inter and intra departmentally to clearly communicate alliance partner business strategy and incorporate feedback.
Must possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to achieve results in a flexible, dynamic environment.
Must demonstrate mature judgment and initiative with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate agreements between parties.
Must have proven ability to influence/persuade others to gain acceptance/approval of difficult or innovative ideas/concepts.
