SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUMMARY: Reporting to the RSM and with a dotted line to the TM, will work with the TM to provide training and clinical support to Mynx users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned on an individual basis:
Will take day to day direction on training and clinical account needs from TM
Responsible for continuing rapport and providing assistance to existing Mynx accounts
Responsible for ongoing clinical support, patient follow up, and addressing clinical issues
May assist in the training of new users on the Mynx device along with current users.
Gain professional and technical knowledge through on-the-job training and attending company-sponsored training classes
Must accurately submit expense reports on a weekly basis
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must be a healthcare professional with active certification in one of the following areas: RN, RT, CVT
2+ years work experience as a technician or equivalent in a cath lab, IR, or OR
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different work environments
Demonstrated leadership within current hospital or clinical setting
Excellent oral presentation skills and can effectively train others on technical and clinical issues
Extensive experience in the clinical use of the Mynx Vascular Closure Device

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work includes potential exposure to human bloodborne pathogens or other potentially infectious materials.
Work includes potential exposure to radiation sources such as fluoroscope in a catheter laboratory setting.
Work includes potential exposure to chemicals.
