The Account Manager will be an advocate for and consultant to Collectives AMP clients and a partner in their success. As a part of the Publisher Solutions team, you will work closely with existing clients in a relationship management role to help grow their businesses and educate them about industry best practices utilizing the new technologies and advantages brought to them through their purchase of the AMP suite of tools. You will be responsible for the client relationship and revenue by expanding clients AMP usage including AMP Network reach extension, monetization of their inventory by Collective, and driving 3rd party data usage by large premium publishers and networks. Internally, you will collaborate with the support and sales teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely fashion.

Responsible for overall relationship management with existing AMP technology customers.
Use your knowledge of AMP to enable clients to maximize their success through utilization of our system, save time and grow their display advertising businesses.
Research and understand clients businesses, organization structures and verticals.
Ensure that customers needs and requirements are met. Share information with technical services and product management teams.
Travel to and coordinate training sessions and strategic meetings with clients.
Educate clients about new products and offerings and work to execute upsell opportunities for existing clients.
Responsible for identifying and expanding Reach extension (media) opportunities.
Responsible for identifying and expanding Inventory acquisition opportunities.
Continue to build strong customer relationships in order to ensure renewals.
Create and maintain client-facing documentation, update sales decks and distribute training manuals to clients.
Liaise with support team to identify and escalate high priority items and ensure that clients needs are addressed in a timely fashion.
Participate in industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of the display advertising space working with major publishers and ad networks.
Understanding of internet advertising technologies, including ad serving, targeting, and/or optimization.
Business consulting, digital strategy, digital marketing, ad operations or technical background.
Previous experience with an online ad serving, targeting, or optimization company a plus.
Strong relationship management skills, communications ability, and a high work ethic.
Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance.
Must be proactive and detail-oriented.
