Analyst/Account Manager Adometry

Adometry is a software company providing analytics solutions to digital advertisers (and/or their agency). The ideal candidate for this role will have several years' experience as a digital media planner / media buyer for an advertising agency or large direct advertiser in retail, automotive or financial services industry. The analyst will perform a vital role in understanding the customer's digital advertising goals and practices while ensuring the successful implementation of Adometry's solution.
Responsibilities:
-- Support successful implementation and ongoing support of Adometry customers.
-- Collection, validation and documentation of implementation requirements for new and ongoing customers.
-- Resolve / consult on issues regarding data collection and reconciliation of digital advertising event level data (impressions, clicks, and conversions) as well as supporting cost data.
-- Collaboration with Adometry research and operations staff to ensure accurate and timely communication of customer / project requirements.
-- Maintain customer information and project status for weekly planning and reporting.
-- Presentation and training on Adometry Attribute reporting / user interface.
Requirements:
-- 2-4 years Agency / Advertising background mandatory
-- Practical experience in digital display advertising to include media planning, media buying, and / or advertising data analysis. Hands-on experience with Ad Serving platforms such as Dart, Atlas, Mediaplex or MediaMind required.
-- Exceptional customer-facing / presentation skills
-- Technology skills:
o PC skills / MS-Office
o Remote Desktop and SSH
o FTP tools and utilities
-- Project Management a big plus.
-- Data Analyst skills preferred (SQL basics).
-- Highly organized and detail oriented.
-- Motivated self-starter.
Analyst activities:
-- Data Collection and repository management
-- Reconciliation of data/events
-- Documentation of data collected
-- Database schema Mapping
-- Coordination of schedule for reporting deliverables
-- Defining reporting parameters
-- Validating Reporting and UI QA
Account Manager activities:
-- Handoff from Sales Team, Kickoff Calls
-- Maintain Implementation Work plan
-- Completion of Implementation requirements / documentation
-- Deliverables Preparation and presentation
-- User Interface and Report training
-- Define Report configuration parameters
-- Schedule and Conduct Weekly Meetings with Customer
-- Coordinate billing events / revenue with accounting
