Reports To: VP, Business Intelligence

The Job:

The Analyst position plays a key role as an internal consultant in driving strategy, execution, and analysis around leveraging data and reporting to drive data-driven decisions throughout the company. The ideal candidate has exceptionally strong problem solving skills and the ability to understand and drive growth.
S/he will develop reports, analyses, scope tools and BI functionality that grow and innovate the business.

What You'll Do:

Act as an internal consultant to develop reports, analysis, and dashboards to serve various functions of the business
Work closely with all functions of the organization to develop solutions to address business needs
Work towards the development and expansion of our analytics platform
Develop reports and documentation for ongoing reporting needs by department
Scope web based internal dashboards
Conduct Ad Hoc Analysis
Gather data from multiple sources to create integrated reports to drive decision making

Skills You'll Need To Be Successful:

2-5 Years Analytics experience
Experience with SQL
Advanced Excel Experience
Experience working with third party data sources (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Salesforce)
Analytical and creative problem solver
Experience in data mining and statistical modeling techniques
B.S. in Math, Business, or related field
