The Cardlytics rewards solution reaches over 75 million households with more than 11 billion transactions per year. The Analyst, Campaign Forecasting will work with large data sets to develop accurate models to predict retailer performance, future spend behavior and campaign performance.
Utilize the necessary analytical tools to:
Produce models that describe relationships between geography and past consumer purchase behavior to predict future spend behaviors
Understand drivers for retailer campaign performance and determine their influence in retailer performance
Develop detailed forecasting model(s) to accurately predict retailer performance at the consumer level
Work with the data quality team to resolve identified issues.
Create and deliver standard reports
Contribute to the enhancement of all analytical methodologies
Work with large, aggregated data sets

2+ years? of experience focused on forecasting / modeling behavior
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Quantitative degree such as statistics, operations research, engineering, mathematics or econometrics
Ability to interpret analytical results
Standard SQL a minimum; T-SQL or Vertica a plus
SAS, R, or SPSS a plus
Advanced Excel skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Marketing Research or similar
Graduate degree a plus
