The Opportunity
We are searching for a creative and client-focused Analyst/Consultant to play a leading role in our Development practice. This is an exciting professional growth opportunity for a mid-level fundraising professional seeking to apply and broaden their experience at a fast-paced, professional consulting and research organization. The successful Analyst/Consultant will contribute to an annual, thought leading research agenda and play a role on consulting engagements serving vice presidents and director-level administrators in advancement organizations at top public and private universities across the country. The Analyst/Consultant will advise clients in areas including increasing frontline productivity, maximizing return on investment, implementing donor-driven fundraising strategies, and navigating successful campaigns. This role provides an opportunity to accelerate your career by working with senior fundraising professionals at a broad range of institutions, developing and applying research that serves both the overall profession and the needs of individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of these roles include, but are not limited to:
Working directly with clients to assist them in making key strategic and operational decisions
Developing cutting-edge tools and resources for development professionals
Playing a role in executing an annual research agenda, including actionable major investigations and frequent webinars on the topics of greatest interest to clients
Managing research to analyze the key issues and trends facing development professionals and to deliver solutions to clients
Developing and nurturing client relationships
Representing Eduventures at industry events and to the media
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree
3+ years relevant development experience
Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for using data to inform decision-making
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills and ability to execute and deliver high quality and on-time research for clients
A business-oriented mindset and an interest in growing a business unit focused on development
Well-developed client relationship management skills
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to scope and frame issues
A strong communicator of information in a variety of settings
Strong project management skills
