The Analyst Digital Marketing, working within the Analytics Team, will be responsible for a broad range of digital marketing analyses and review presentations for top tier clients, research and analysis of digital marketing trends and company-brand briefs for Sales and Client Service Teams, audience-responder-customer profiling and general ROI maximization strategy and execution, AB test implementation in support of advertisers and publishers, and, in turn, the relevance and performance of Datran digital marketing programs.
The candidate must possess solid data analysis skills, a burning desire for gleaning consumer insights, in addition to being able to work effectively across teams and business units. This person will report to the Vice President, Marketing & Analytics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Construct pre-launch research, in-flight analysis and post-campaign performance reports for top tier advertisers ? And across multiple digital channels
Assess program performance gains in terms of consumer-segment response and economic value ? Create campaign reports & dashboards
Design and execute A/B & MV Tests, and make roll-out recommendations
Profile and index audiences-responders-customers ? Glean insights
Create and execute Analytics Plans for each project
Research trends for digital channels and for specific industries
Build weekly marketing schedules ? Then work towards reporting due dates
Contribute to evolving ?best practice? analytical processes & data visualization
Education/Qualification/Requirements:
BA/BS required (emphasis: digital marketing, research, statistics, consumer behavior )
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing metrics
Ideally experience with online display, email, social media, mobile, or website analytics
Must have mastered Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with statistical programs (e.g. SAS) is desirable
Ability to create and execute focused analysis plans ? Aligned to client?s purpose
Ability to move multiple projects and initiatives to on-time completion
Natural tendency for knowledge sharing and collaboration within and across teams
Some experience working with data warehouses (e.g. SQL) is also desirable
