Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing data analytics and project management for the Digital Media team to help ensure that our syndicated and custom audiences are built and delivered as intended. In this position, you will work closely with business and operations teams and must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, has a track record of working across multiple disciplines, and has a strong business and technical background.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and following audience project schedule
Managing audience build projects and providing suggestions for process improvement
Assistance with quality management of pre-built and custom audiences
Creating and verifying audience definitions
Determining audience sizes
Ad hoc research & analysis
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of data analysis or audience targeting experience required
Ability to write ad hoc SQL queries
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, multitask, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong MS Excel skills
Passion for data quality and target audiences
Online ad or media experience a plus
BA/BS degree required, Business focus preferred
