As Analyst, Email & CRM, you?ll be working to drive performance of our core email marketing and customer relationship management programs. We?re looking for innovative and entrepreneurial leaders to help us take our massive amount of customer activity data and build meaningful marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate should be competitive, analytical and driven to solve increasingly complex issues.
? Serve as the go-to person for insight into key CRM strategy initiatives
? Help define programs related to key consumer initiatives
? Perform financial and product analysis regularly
? Define, measure and disseminate metrics for email marketing and report against them
? Create engaging user experiences within email by analyzing the usage data and building segments of key user activity groups
? Monitor both top line and bottom-line impact of programs to achieve growth, revenue and ROI goals
? Work with business leaders to deliver insights to key questions, such as measurement, targeting needs, or reporting needs
? 1-3 years of experience in business analytics and/or program management
? Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related field
? Work or practical experience including all of the following:
o SQL & Excel
o Customer Relationship Management-lifecycle marketing
o Building statistical models for marketing optimization
o Campaign testing strategies utilized in email marketing
? Interest and drive in redefining email marketing for one of the largest commercial senders worldwide
? Solid understanding of conversion funnels and testing
? Strong project management skills
? Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards around email marketing
? Entrepreneurial. Our teams are run like small startups. You must love competing by building great products.
? Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
? Great leadership and communication skills. You must have previous experience navigating and being successful in a constantly changing organization
