We are looking for a passionate Paid Search Analyst to join our tight-knit and agile team to help drive success through our next generation web app and user experiences. With our fast-paced start-up culture, you will not only analyze customer paid search campaign performance but you will also be integrally part of the Customer Success Team, jumping into customer accounts to help drive performance improvements and recommendations. The ideal candidate is creative and scrappy, a self-starter and flawless communicator, with the ability to work closely with amazing product managers and insanely talented Customer Success Managers to humanize and refine the online advertiser experience, creating a radically simpler experience.
A great Paid Search Analyst is a confident multi-tasker; analyze customer performance, dive into campaign metrics, understand campaign behavior and momentum, jump in and get your hands dirty into accounts that need performance boosting, provide account & category performance insights to Customer Success leads, and evangelize as the voice of the user internally. You work closely with Customer Success leads to monitor customer account performance and assist when possible, along with providing recommendations on best practices, strategies, and insights to enable customers to yield better results. This role acts as the Chief Performance Officer for customer paid search campaigns, and is critical to on-going growth.
Owner of customers paid search campaign performance and success ? understand where performance is and how to improve it
Dive in and get your hands dirty to deliver performance results through paid search best practices and advanced strategies
Deliver best practices, recommendations and strategies to enable customers to drive their own results
Expert in the Adchemy software and capabilities, driving customer performance through best practices and strategies
Continually monitor, analyze and provide insights into campaign performance wins and improvements
Define the metrics we should be analyzing and understand to drive improved paid search performance
Define what performance success means ? what success metrics do we need to hit for success to be achieved
Deliver methods for viewing and communicating campaign performance metrics and progress
Be the voice of the user both internally and externally
Define and communicate success metrics across product, engineering & sales teams
Work cross-functionally with product management & engineering as an advocate for the customer to help shape the product roadmap

2+ years paid search / search engine marketing
Google Adwords & Bing Ads expertise
Math/Quant or Economics background
1+ years Quantitative analysis experience
