Analyst, Sales Operations Silver Spring Networks

This position is focused on supporting the Sales team and reporting on Sales activity. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and owning sales dashboards and management reports, tracking bookings and pipeline, preparing commissions, and assisting with Salesforce.com administration.
In this role, you will regularly interface with members of Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting.
Prepare dashboards and develop management reports that provide visibility into the performance of the Sales team
Track company bookings information and pipeline reporting
Work with the Sales team to track, update, and maintain information about deals to ensure accuracy of bookings, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Prepare commissions accruals, forecasts, and payments
Support annual compensation plan development, including modeling of comp plan scenarios, preparation of executive presentations, and creation of individual T&Cs
Assist with Salesforce.com administration
Participate in the development and implementation of process and system improvements
Perform ad hoc analysis as required
3+ years of sales operations experience
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Motivated self-starter that can work independently
Experience with Salesforce.com highly desired
Undergraduate degree with emphasis in a business related field (Business Administration / Finance / Economics)
